1. Why setup your own open source home network ?

So how does the average internet user connect to its network at home ? Well they get a black box called a router, plug it in their outlet and they hope they see the Wifi name pop up on their phone. Then they fill in the Wifi password that's on the back of the device, maybe change the password and call it a day. Then this router will not be touched until they change ISP's

So what''s wrong with this ? it works right for daily tasks ? why do we need to bother changing this lifestyle. Well in this section we will touch on that as brief as we can but the moral of the story is to move towards a collaborative interoperable digital future.
